Storm Chasers
A brooding masterpiece from the heart of the African savannah. James Warwick captures a herd of zebras grazing beneath a dramatic, cloud-bruised sky, the golden grasses bending to an approaching storm. The tension between the calm of the animals and the fury gathering overhead makes this a truly cinematic piece of fine art photography — endlessly compelling and utterly alive.
Printed on premium archival paper with a generous white border for flexible framing, and hand-signed by James. Available in four sizes: 15"×10", 18"×12", 30"×20" and 45"×30". For a piece this atmospheric, Artienda's bespoke framing service is the perfect finishing touch — our team will work with you to find the ideal frame, mount and finish to complement your interior, whether that's a deep charcoal float frame for a contemporary scheme or a warm natural wood for a more relaxed, organic feel.
James Warwick is a wildlife photographer based in the south of England. In his own words: “I try to capture 'decisive moments' in nature and show wildlife contextually in its environment. I enjoy the process of trying to create memorable and beautiful pictures and I hope that they will inspire people in some way to care about and conserve the natural world. Photography is a unique 'independent art' and like most wildlife and nature photographers, I do not digitally manipulate my pictures as I feel that it is inappropriate to my style of work which concentrates on documenting and interpreting natural history events as I see them in wild and free conditions.”
